Billing Policy

Please carefully review these Terms of Service and our Billing Policy as they constitute a binding agreement between You and Us, governing the usage and access to the Service(s) and Websites by You, Your Affiliates, Users, and End-Users. In case of any conflict between these Terms of Service and Our Privacy Notice, these Terms of Service shall take precedence.

Redirectvia operates on a subscription model, where subscriptions are charged in advance, while usage is billed retrospectively. Your credit card will be charged on the first day of each month (except if it falls on a weekend).

All requests for cancellation must be made before the issuance of the next month's bill (i.e., cancellation requests must be submitted before the first day of the following month). We are unable to cancel accounts retroactively.

For new customers, the first invoice is automatically generated after the trial period ends. It is prorated to cover the remaining days of the month and to synchronize your billing with the calendar month cycle. Subsequent invoices are generated on the 1st of each month. We bill in whole month increments only, except for the first invoice or in case of account reactivation.

Customers under contract: The terms of your contract supersede these policies. Please refer to your agreement for details. Customers requesting NET payment terms are subject to a credit check. We reserve the right to accept or reject any such applications at our discretion.


1Free Trial Policy:

Under Redirectvia's Free Trial Policy, every new customer who complies with Redirectvia’s online agreement is entitled to one free trial only, regardless of the number of accounts they open.

When a customer registers for a free trial of the Services, Redirectvia will provide the Services on a trial basis and free of charge until the end of the free trial period or the start date of the customer’s subscription, whichever comes first.

If Redirectvia includes additional terms and conditions on the trial registration webpage, those terms will also apply. During the free trial period, the Services are provided "as is" and without any warranty.

Redirectvia reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate the Services for any reason at any time without notice. Redirectvia will not be liable to the customer for damages of any kind related to the customer’s use of the Services. If the customer does not subscribe to the Services before the end of the free trial, all of the customer’s data on the Service may be permanently deleted, and Redirectvia may not be able to recover it.


2Billing and Payments:

Payment Terms & Methods: Invoices are generated promptly upon payment processing or are due upon receipt if payment processing is delayed. To subscribe to our monthly services, a valid credit card must be provided for billing, unless an alternative payment method, such as a wire transfer, is approved.

Wire Transfer Fee Policy: All Redirectvia customers are accountable for any fees related to initiating a wire transfer from their originating bank. Redirectvia covers the portion of the wire transfer fee imposed by its bank or any intermediary bank(s) involved in receiving the wire payment. The total amount owed must be received in full at our bank. Customers are responsible for any debt resulting from currency exchange and acknowledge that any outstanding balance will be carried forward to their subsequent invoice.


3Plan Modifications:

Upgrade Policy: Customers who have subscribed to our services online are bound by the online agreement and can upgrade their accounts at any time. Upon upgrading, you agree to pay the difference between the Pro and Enterprise edition subscription fees. Your account is promptly upgraded to the new Enterprise usage threshold. You can also request an upgrade by contacting your account manager or emailing [email protected].

Downgrade Policy: Customers who have signed up online and do not have a custom contract can downgrade their accounts at any time by contacting their account manager or emailing [email protected]. Downgrade requests are processed upon receipt. Billing changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle; we do not offer prorated accounts or refunds for the period between the downgrade and the next cycle.


4Suspension & Termination:

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Customers who have signed up for our services online are subject to the online agreement and can cancel their accounts at any time. To avoid future billing, you must cancel your account before the first of the upcoming month. You may also request cancellation by emailing [email protected]. Please note that while first-month users are eligible for refunds within 14 days of signup, we do not provide refunds for recurring customers. We bill for your usage and in advance for your monthly subscription fee.
